• 大條了,認真把該做的事完成,do the right thing,do homework
• Make a list,keep it simple
• Think before take actions

PC

• Define menu of A5, try use less time on it


• Use more scripts & shortcuts

GTD

• Prepare,preplan,prebuffer,do then review for results


• Prefill time.


• Delete useless stuff or work


• Use a framework,design one.


• Use wiki,gtd in every computers


• Do weekly and monthly plans
